How to Claim:

  1. If you find a cheaper price for a product found on our ready-stock corporate gift catalogue at a lower price through one of our Singapore-based competitors, simply let our customer service team know, and we’ll match that price before you buy.
  2. If you’ve already purchased any product from our ready stock corporate gift catalogue and then find it for less through one of our Singapore-based competitors, simply contact our customer service team within 7 days, and we will refund the difference back to you.
  3. To submit your claim, simply contact our customer service team at +65 68482 482 or email enquiry@axxel.biz with the following details, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours:

Please provide the following information:

  1. Order number and date of purchase (if you’ve already made a purchase with us)
  2. Bank account to refund the amount difference to (if you’ve already made a purchase with us)

Terms and Conditions:

APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your application for a claim under the Best Price Guarantee Program offered by Axxel Marketing Pte Ltd (the “Company”) will be governed by the following terms and conditions including applicable policies incorporated herein by way of reference. If you have submitted your application for a claim through emails, or any other method of communication, you shall be deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to be bound by the policies that are applicable to the Claim Application. By submitting your application for a claim, you shall be deemed to have entered into a contract with the Company which constitutes your binding obligations to the Company. In the event you disagree with the terms stated herein, please do not submit this Claim Application under the Best Price Guarantee Program.

YOUR CLAIM APPLICATION
Any Claim Application applies up to seven (7) days after purchase or any time before the order confirmation. The product in question must be new, identical in style, specification, size and colour, and offered on the same terms.

The competitor store or website must have the corporate gift product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery at the time of your submission of the Claim Application. Furthermore, the product in question must be available in our ready-stock catalogue.

The Claim Application without exception must clearly indicate the following:

  1. Full Name of product as listed by a Singapore-based competitor;
  2. Quoted price inclusive of all taxes and GST, postage and packing as applicable;
  3. Quantity of said product;
  4. Material and specification of said product;
  5. Customized decoration specification (If applicable);
  6. Delivery Time between the order confirmation and delivery of goods;
  7. and, date of quotation (not more than 3 months between the quote issued by Axxel Marketing)

Your Claim Application will not be accepted if the product in question indicate any of the following:

  1. A promotional campaign or sale item;
  2. Use of gift vouchers or promo codes;
  3. The competitor/supplier is a factory outlet, membership club, duty free shop, home shopping channel, auction site, market stalls, private sales or other similar business;
  4. If the Singapore-based competitor/supplier has been, or are in the process of being, liquidated or dissolved;
  5. or, if the product is found not to be genuine, authentic or original, which shall be at our discretion.

REFUND PROCEDURE
Upon your Claim Application, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received application. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Our customer service team will verify that the product that is within our ready-stock category and the same product on the competitor’s website are both in new condition, identical by a universal product identifier (UPC or brand + manufacturer part number), and available and in-stock on both websites.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

APPLICABLE LAW
By using the Company’s Services, you agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and strictly without regard to principles of conflict of laws. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively Singapore. The relevant Singapore court shall be the competent court of first instance for any litigation arising out or other forms of dispute resolution arising out of disputes between the Company and the User in relation to the use of this Site.

NOTICES/VARIATIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions of this Best Price Guarantee Program is subject to change with or without notice and at the full discretion of the Company; and these terms and conditions existing shall prevail and inure to the customer at the prevailing terms.

The Company reserves the right to refuse a Best Price Guarantee request in order to prevent fraud or abuse or to ensure the integrity of the company. The Company reserves all rights and remedies in the event any buyer, individually or in collusion with others, attempts to circumvent these terms and conditions, to commit fraud, or to abuse the Best Price Guarantee program.

It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for updates and changes. Your Claim Application following any changes indicates your acceptance and agreement to the revisions. As long as you comply with these terms and conditions, the Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited privilege Claim the benefits of the Best Price Guarantee Program.

Effective as of 1 April 2019.
